How to make Sheik kebab in homemade


Shik kebab is one of the most popular kebabs in our country. This kebab is made of shik, its name is shik kebab. This is done with cows or meats. This kebab is blazed directly over the fire.



Ingredients



  1. Beef, without bones: 1 kg
  2. Ginger Bata: 2 teaspoons
  3. Garlic Bata: 2 tsp
  4. Elach beta: 2
  5. Cinnamon, 2cm, potato: 2 pieces
  6. Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  7. Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Nutmeg betel: 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Jayatri Bata: 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Pepper, potatoes: 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Paste: 1 tsp
  12. Talk yogurt: 1/2 cup
  13. Mustard oil: 1/4 cup
  14. Salt: According to taste

Steps


Step 1
Slice the meat veggies, fat, and slice it as thin as possible by making it 5 cm or one and a half inches wide and 5 cm or 4 inches tall.

 Step 2
Take meat and other ingredients in a large bowl. Cook the meat with the spices and cook for 5 minutes. Cover and marinate for 2-3 hours.

 Step 3
Make a hole in the middle of the meat like a well. Cover the bowl with 2 tsp oil or ghee in the hole, leaving a piece of charcoal burning on it. When the smoke stops, make the meat like stitching the shiki. Shake the meat. In charcoal fire, shriek turn upside down and burn for 5-20 minutes. Occasionally, you will add oil spice to the meat.
